New life, what kind I don’t know
Moving to a new city, especially one as unexpected as London, KY, feels like opening a book with blank pages. I remember packing my bags, feeling a mix of nervousness and excitement about what lies ahead. Traveling by Greyhound might seem old-fashioned to some, but for me, it's part of the adventure—watching the scenery change, meeting fellow travelers, and reflecting on this significant life transition. London, KY, though not as internationally known as London, UK, offers a charm with its small-town atmosphere and welcoming community. It’s a place where I anticipate finding new friends, new routines, and a chance to redefine who I am without the shadows of my past. Starting over can be daunting, but it’s also freeing. Each day brings the chance to learn something new about the place I now call home—exploring local spots, tasting regional food, and discovering hidden gems off the beaten path. The uncertainty of "what kind" of life will unfold is what makes this journey worth taking. Sometimes, you just have to say "Wish me luck," and step forward into the unknown with hope and determination.
