The best is yet to come
I had no intention of doing Dry January because I’ve been working on increase my number of dry days every month anyway.
And then mid workout one day, I realized the temporary buzz was not worth the lost effort for as hard as I’ve been training. So after one more margarita (because who doesn’t like a last hurrah?), I told my husband I was going dry until Valentine’s Day. This will put me at 32 days dry.
8 days in I feel amazing. My energy is ⬆️ my skin is ✨ and my muscles are 💪🏻. That’s enough to keep me motivated.
