because the life (and business) you really want requires a version of you that feels unfamiliar

here’s how to take action:

- name the thing you’ve been putting off

- what does this feeling remind you of?

- where does that feeling live in your body?

- create a NEW feeling of safety around the thing you want

the only reason you’re stuck is because your unconscious mind believes that where you’ve been is safe and where you want to go is dangerous

this is totally normal, but it’s up to you to step back into the driver seat & rewire that

most people are too focused on where they don’t want to go, so that is the energetic signature they are broadcasting

we just need to flip that and it’s not as hard as you think ☺️

it takes a willingness to be uncertain though, which is scary to do on your own

I’ll walk you through it & make sure you are steady & resourced before our coaching container ends 💜

I once struggled with procrastination on a big project because I was terrified of failing and the unknown that came with success. By consciously naming the task I was avoiding and tuning into where that fear physically resided in my body, I was able to begin shifting my mindset. Creating a new feeling of safety around what felt risky was transformative. For me, this meant visualizing success scenes and affirming daily that stepping into discomfort was part of growth and not a threat. I replaced internal doubts with supportive self-talk, which gradually rewired my unconscious beliefs. An important realization was understanding that being stuck often comes from an unconscious comfort in the familiar, even if it’s limiting. When you focus too much on what you want to avoid, you inadvertently draw more of that energy. So flipping your focus to where you want to go—and embodying that energy—is key. It also helps to have guidance and encouragement when facing uncertainty. Joining coaching programs or communities focused on mindset and confidence can keep you steady and well-resourced. Remember, willingness to be uncertain is scary but vital for transformation. You don’t have to do it alone, and every small action toward the unknown builds momentum for the new life and business you truly want.
