for you if:

- you’ve been feeling stuck or stagnant or scared to move forward 👇🏼

WHAT IF you’re just about to make a huge leap? What if this moment is where you create massive change?

Most of us think the same thoughts day after day - which create the same FEELINGS and chemicals in our bodies

If we don’t illicit the change - we tend to stay in this loop of sameness unless something drastic happens - sometimes catastrophic

This is why paying attention to where we’re putting our attention matters

If we can notice where we feel this resistance - we can sit with it and see what actually comes to the surface for us to process …

That’s the learning but it’s also how we move though it faster

To have a different outcome in your life, you need to BE a different person - how does THAT version of yourself handle things?

Be that. Feel that.

And tell your unconscious mind to take a back seat - you don’t have to let it loop

If you can even just get to this place - this awareness - you’re ahead of most people 🙌🏼 because it’s far too easy to allow our programming to run the show and most people unfortunately stay where they feel comfortable

Not you. You’re choosing to be someone different ✨

... Read moreFrom my own experience, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you're standing at the edge of change. That nervous sensation—the racing heart, the swirling doubts—is your body's natural response to the unknown. What helped me was reframing that anxiety as excitement. Instead of thinking, "Can I do this?" I started asking myself, "How can I stay present with this feeling?" and "What’s the smallest next step I can take right now?" Sitting with resistance without judgment allowed me to uncover hidden fears and beliefs that held me back for years. It’s not about eliminating discomfort immediately but learning to move through it gracefully. For example, when faced with procrastination, I realized that my unconscious mind was trying to protect me from unfamiliar territory by creating a loop of hesitation. Recognizing this pattern helped me consciously tell myself to pause that loop and take action regardless of imperfect clarity or confidence. An effective method I found is visualizing the 'future you' who has already made this change. How does that version of me handle fear or uncertainty? I try to emulate her mindset and behaviors in small daily habits. This practice has rewired my subconscious to associate discomfort with opportunity rather than danger. Growth almost never feels calm or certain at the outset—it feels like venturing into uncharted waters. But embracing that feeling as a sign of activation and transformation is key. When you reframe resistance as excitement and allow yourself to feel it fully, you empower your nervous system to adapt and expand. Remember, changing your mind and mindset is not an overnight event but a continual process of sitting with the uncomfortable feelings, questioning habitual thoughts, and choosing new mental pathways. The journey is deeply personal, but knowing you’re not stuck—just on the brink of growth—makes all the difference.

The best vlogging camera I’ve had yet!🙌🏽🖤
I have the Sony ZV-1, I’ve had the Sony ZV-1F. I’ve played with the Cannon cameras, but let me tell y’all something… This ZV-E10 is by far the best camera I’ve used. It’s small, sleek, sturdy, has interchangeable lenses (which is a big deal for capturing different shots), it’s under $1000, and

Photos I’ve taken with my retro Fujifilm 📸
I LOVE the way the photos turn out with this camera!! The camera is a Fujifilm Finepix A345. I got it off eBay!  I only use it for photos because I’ve tried to shoot videos, but everything looks blurry. I’m not sure if that’s just the camera or user error LOL #lemon8partner #cameracoll

Best Dating Advice I’ve Ever Received 😮‍💨
Stay Single.❤️ Dating isn’t worth it. I wish I would’ve known this sooner. As much as it may seem like you’re missing out, trust me you’re not. Nothing really comes great out of dating honestly. I know I’m going to have people bringing up how they dated their husband in high school blah blah
