Here’s why “mindset” work hasn’t worked for you yet:
in short, it’s too surface level … here’s a longer explanation:
you can’t THINK your way out of being stuck because the real reason WHY you’re stuck lives in your body - your nervous system
and - you probably also have an active brain … possibly some kind of neurodiversity - which means —>
you CANNOT learn the way neurotypical people do
so if you’ve ever sat in someone’s class and wished you could be “as put together “ as they seem (and leave feeling worse about yourself) -
that just means you were meant to do it a different way - YOUR way
which usually also entails deeper work - the kind that doesn’t feel super comfy 😬
but the kind that actually CHANGES things
because you don’t have to keep trying to make yourself fit into someone else’s playbook - you can and should figure out your own process
rewiring beliefs involves some work - but the payoff is so incredibly rewarding
so if you’re stuck and spinning or wondering why you just don’t feel as good as you want to - maybe it ’s time to commit to this kind of work
it’s not mindset work - it’s unconscious mind & nervous system work
it takes commitment and courage so when you’re ready for that kind of deep dive - dm me or comment COACH
(I’m actually a certified coach - which yes, does make a difference in this kind of work)

Many of us have experienced the frustration of trying popular mindset strategies like affirmations or vision boards, only to find ourselves stuck in the same patterns weeks later. From personal experience, this often isn’t about lacking willpower but rather about how our nervous system and deeply ingrained beliefs operate below conscious thought. For those of us with active or neurodivergent brains, traditional coaching methods that expect a neurotypical learning style can feel ineffective or even discouraging. One approach that changed my perspective was focusing on the unconscious mind and nervous system rather than just thinking differently. This involves tuning into your bodily sensations and emotional responses, recognizing how they shape your daily habits and reactions automatically. It’s not just about positive thinking but about addressing the root beliefs installed long ago which remain wired for safety and survival. If you're a creative or someone whose brain works in bursts of inspiration or on a different rhythm, resisting the urge to fit into conventional productivity molds is key. Instead, developing a personalized process that respects your unique neural wiring can bring freedom and empowerment. This deeper work is uncomfortable at times because it challenges long-held patterns, but the payoff includes genuine transformation and improved well-being. From a practical standpoint, committing to this kind of nervous system and unconscious mind work means patience, self-compassion, and often guidance from someone trained to navigate these layers – like a certified coach. It’s about rewiring beliefs through consistent, gentle exploration rather than quick fixes. In summary, if you’ve felt stuck despite trying various mindset hacks, consider shifting focus to deeper nervous system healing and embracing your neurodiverse learning style. This path might feel unfamiliar but can unlock sustainable change and help you develop resilience tailored uniquely to you.
