It made me pause reflexively before opening apps I would typically doomscroll on, and gradually, my daily usage dropped. Instead of mindless scrolling, I found moments to focus on my fitness. Using a simple timer or fitness app to track my effort made the challenge engaging. I also incorporated stretching and push-ups to support my plank routine. After 30 days, my core felt significantly tighter, and I noticed improved posture and less back discomfort during prolonged device use. This experience taught me that intertwining fitness habits with technology routines can be an effective strategy. It not only strengthens your body but also fosters mindfulness about your digital consumption. I encourage others who struggle with excessive screen time or weak core stability to try this small but impactful plank-before-scrolling challenge.
