I found this table on the side of the road and I’m getting ready to paint it! It was previously painted tan and it’s chipped away down to the primer so needs some work. It’s pretty banged up so we need to sand and use some wood filler but I think it will be beautiful once it’s repainted! #p

I’ve been going at this for awhile and slowly making progress. I started with a chemical stripper and now sanding with 80 grit sandpaper, but I feel like it’s taking much longer than usual to get down to the natural wood. Any tips?? Thinking acetone or turpentine possibly?
