ChacoLab in China Authentic vs Fake: How to Buy Authentic
ChacoLab has been coming up in Thailand. Cute stuff. Prices in China are often cheaper (there are obvious online shops / offices), so there are a lot of "pre-order-carry-online" people.
But it's starting to get fake and copy mixed up, like my sister's case ordered from the e-computer, you're famous and you're not real.

How to buy "sure" (9 Czech lists)
1.Buy from "Official Store" only - See the Official Store / Flagship clearly
2.Czech Shop Profile / Real Review - High Score, User Review Figure, Long Shop Opening Time
3. Lower price than strong market (30-40% +) = first doubt
4.Box / Package / Tag - Sharp Font, Non-Pale Ink, Barcode / QR Straight Version, No Strange Spelling
5.Material / Sewing / Molding Works - Smooth Yarn, Silky Seamless, Weight / Skin Touch No Gang Taps
6. Guarantee Center / Refund Policy - If Claim Not / Not Full Tax Receipt, Pass
7. Request a "unboxed" video from the store (or take it yourself at the time of receipt) as evidence.
8. Ask the model / product code to match the official website / catalog page.
9. Pay through channels with buyer protection (not direct transfer)

จากที่ผมช่วยเพื่อน ๆ เช็กของ ChacoLab มาหลายรอบ (โดยเฉพาะพวกแก้ว/ขวดสีพาสเทลมีหูจับและหลอด หรือรุ่นที่มีสายคล้อง/พวงกุญแจ) คำถามที่เจอบ่อยสุดคือ “ChacoLab ของแท้ดูยังไง” เพราะของก๊อปทำเนียนขึ้นมาก และมักใช้รูปสวย ๆ เหมือนกันแทบทุกจุด สิ่งที่ผมทำเพิ่มจากเช็กลิสต์เดิม คือ “เช็กเป็น 3 ชั้น” เพื่อกันพลาด ชั้นที่ 1: เช็กแหล่งซื้อก่อน (สำคัญสุด) - ถ้าเป็นแพลตฟอร์มจีน ให้พยายามเลือก Official/Flagship/官方旗舰店 เท่านั้น (บน Tmall/JD/มินิโปรแกรมทางการ) และดูว่าร้านมีตราทางการ + ชื่อร้านสอดคล้องกับแบรนด์จริง - ร้านที่ใช้ชื่อคล้าย ๆ แต่อักษรจีน/อังกฤษแปลก ๆ หรือไม่มีข้อมูลบริษัทชัดเจน ผมจะเลี่ยงทันที - ถ้าซื้อผ่านพรีออเดอร์/ฝากหิ้ว ให้ขอ “ลิงก์ร้านต้นทาง” ว่าเขากดจากร้านไหนจริง (ไม่ใช่แค่ส่งรูปมา) ชั้นที่ 2: เช็กจากรูปสินค้ากับรีวิว (ก่อนกดซื้อ) - ขอรูป “ของพร้อมส่งจริง” ที่ถ่ายเอง ไม่ใช่รูปแคตตาล็อก: โดยเฉพาะรูปกล่อง, แท็ก, บาร์โค้ด/QR, และรูปก้นแก้ว/ก้นขวดที่มักมีรายละเอียดงานพิมพ์ - ดูรีวิวที่เห็นแพ็กเกจชัด ๆ: ฟอนต์ต้องคม สีไม่เพี้ยน และไม่มีคำสะกดแปลก (ของก๊อปชอบพลาดจุดนี้) - ถ้าเป็นรุ่นที่มีซีรีส์/คอลเลกชัน เช่นแนว “Inspiration Titanium Cup Series/灵感钛杯系列” ให้ถามชื่อรุ่น+รหัส แล้วลองเทียบกับหน้าร้านทางการหรือแคตตาล็อกแบรนด์ ชั้นที่ 3: เช็กตัวสินค้าตอนรับของ (ของแท้มัก “จบงาน” ดีกว่า) - งานประกอบ: หูจับต้องแน่น ไม่โยก งานขอบแก้ว/ฝาต้องเนียน ไม่มีคมบาดมือ - ฝา/หลอด: ของแท้มักปิดสนิทและประกอบพอดี ถ้าหลวม, หมุนแล้วฝืด ๆ หรือมีเสียงก๊องแก๊งผิดปกติ ให้เริ่มสงสัย - สีและงานพิมพ์ลาย: ลายกราฟิก/สติกเกอร์ (เช่นคำว่า “HAPPY” หรือดอกไม้) ควรติดเรียบ ขอบไม่ลอย สีไม่ดรอปง่าย ทริคเล็ก ๆ ที่ผมใช้กันโดนหลอก - “ถูกแบบมีเหตุผล” เท่านั้น: ถ้าถูกลงจากราคาตลาดแรงมาก + ไม่มีโปรอธิบาย (เช่น 6.18/11.11) มักเสี่ยง - ถ่ายวิดีโอแกะกล่องทุกครั้ง: เริ่มถ่ายตั้งแต่เห็นซีล/กล่องนอก จะช่วยเวลายื่นเคสคืนเงิน - ถ้าร้านไม่ให้คืน/ไม่มีคุ้มครองผู้ซื้อ และให้โอนตรงอย่างเดียว ผมถือว่าไม่คุ้มเสี่ยง ถ้าได้ของปลอมมาแล้ว (ทำให้เคสปิดไวขึ้น) 1) รวบรวมหลักฐานให้ครบ: หน้าร้าน, เลขออเดอร์, แชต, รูปกล่อง/แท็ก/บาร์โค้ด, และวิดีโอแกะกล่อง 2) แจ้งแพลตฟอร์มด้วยคำว่า “สงสัยสินค้าไม่ตรง/ไม่แท้” และแนบรูปเทียบกับหน้าร้านทางการ 3) เขียนรีวิวแบบสุภาพพร้อมภาพจริง เพื่อช่วยคนอื่นหลบร้านเดิม ถ้าเพื่อน ๆ อยากให้ผมช่วยเช็กก่อนสั่ง ลองแปะลิงก์ร้าน + รูปกล่อง/แท็ก/บาร์โค้ดมุมชัด ๆ ได้เลย ผมจะบอกจุดที่น่าสงสัยให้ครับ
