Continuing to move forward each day.
Grieving and Healing: A Personal Journey
In 2015, I lost my husband Joseph, my Love of 15 years. The journey since then has been incredibly tough, and not a day goes by that I don't think of him and miss him deeply. Grieving is a complex and personal process, and healing doesn't mean forgetting. For me, it's about finding ways to honor his memory while continuing to live my life.
Some days are harder than others, but I've learned to embrace the small moments of joy and the memories we created together. It's okay to feel pain, to cry, and to miss him. But it's also okay to smile, to find happiness, and to move forward.
To anyone else going through a similar loss, know that you're not alone. It's a journey, and it's okay to take it one day at a time. Hold onto the love and the memories, and give yourself permission to heal in your own way.

I commend you for speaking about a topic most people don’t talk about . And I am truly sorry for your great loss. I had a loss in 1997 , my father. And he was my foster father . I loved that man so much it still hurts today. We never get over such heartache but I do know we need to live on for them. Thank you for this.
