HOW TO: FIND YOUR PERSONAL STYLE— fashion tips

Do you sometimes wake up in the morning at wondering what to wear? You don’t know what to shop? You don’t know how to start building your closet? I will help you with that! To finally find your style and start filling up your closet!

HOW TO FIND YOUR PERSONAL STYLE?

1. TIME TO GET INSPIRED— before i start fashion influencing i always look up for some inspirations on instagram, i mostly save some styles that caught my eye and will try if it will look good on me and if i will feel confident with what i am wearing.

2. CREATE A VISION BOARD— if you finally found an inspiration, try to browse on pinterest, pinned it and create your board to have a guide.

3. ASK THESE QUESTIONS— “PANTS OR SKIRTS?” “PRINTED OR MONOCHROME?” “SILVER OR GOLD?” “NEUTRALS OR COLORED?”. It’s okay if you like both, but for me, sometimes i just chose one because i don’t feel like it, for example on neutrals or colored? I chose neutrals, there’s nothing wrong trying.

4. SHOP— Now that you know your style, it’s time to fill up your closet with versatile, good quality that will reflect who you are at what you want to be.

4. TRUST YOUR STYLE INSTINCTS— When you discover your style, you’ll feel confident in your choices. It’s very important to trust your instincts.

That’s it! I hope these tips will guide you on finding your own style. Let me know your thoughts below on the comment section.

... Read moreFinding your personal style can be a transformative experience that empowers you. Begin your style journey by exploring fashion trends on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest. Not only are these platforms teeming with inspiration, but they also allow you to curate your tastes effectively. Save styles that resonate with you, creating a visual toolkit for your future outfits. One of the most powerful tools in establishing your style is a vision board. By pinning your favorite looks, you can identify patterns and preferences in your clothing choices. This visual representation aids in decision-making when shopping, helping you to select versatile pieces that complement your existing wardrobe. Moreover, it's essential to ask yourself specific style questions that clarify your preferences. By reflecting on choices like pants versus skirts, printed versus monochrome styles, or metal preferences like silver or gold, you can better understand your wardrobe needs. Experimentation is key; don’t shy away from trying new combinations until you find what feels right. When it's time to shop, focus on quality over quantity. Invest in staple pieces that not only reflect your style but also withstand the test of time. This doesn’t mean you have to break the bank, as many affordable brands offer stylish options. Lastly, trust your instincts. Confidence is the best accessory, and when you feel good in your outfit, it shows. Embrace your style journey, and remember, the goal is not perfection but personal expression.
