They're packed with antioxidants and fiber, which is a big win for gut health. And ginger? Oh, ginger is my secret weapon! That 2-inch piece isn't just for flavor; its anti-inflammatory properties are incredible, especially if you're feeling a bit sluggish or have any aches. It's also a lifesaver for reducing nausea, perfect for a gentle morning detox. When I'm making my juice, I find that the quality of ingredients really shines through.
