This might involve updating your resume, networking for new opportunities, or even having an honest conversation with your manager about your career aspirations. I remember feeling completely drained by a previous role; instead of just complaining, I started dedicating an hour each day to learning a new skill relevant to my dream job. Slowly but surely, I built the confidence and a portfolio to make a real shift. It wasn't instant, but it was a conscious decision to change my circumstances.
