Most days, I’d read more, but even on busy days, hitting those 10 pages felt like a win. Over a month, that's 300 pages – a whole book! This approach isn't just about reading; it applies to everything. Want to get healthier? Don't aim for an hour at the gym daily if it feels daunting. Start with a 15-minute walk during your lunch break or doing 5-10 squats while your coffee brews. The key is to make the step so tiny, so easy to start, that you can't say no. This is the magic of small steps every day. Another area where this worked wonders for me was learning a new skill. I always wanted to learn basic coding. Instead of enrolling in an intensive bootcamp, I committed to 20 minutes of an online tutorial each morning before work. Some days, I barely understood anything, but showing up consistently built a habit. Slowly but surely, I started grasping concepts, and now I can comfortably build small scripts!
