Sometimes we get so wrapped up in what we want to achieve that we jump in too fast. Doing hard cuts to our diet, forcing ourselves to all of a sudden be a gym girl 5/6/7 days a week.

You have to take it slow and find what’s sustainable for YOU! You want to find changes that you can easily implement and continue to maintain your weight loss.
