Instead of mindlessly scrolling through feeds, picking up a physical book (or even an audiobook during my commute!) for just 20-30 minutes before bed or during a break helps me unwind and process thoughts. I've noticed a significant improvement in how quickly my mind settles, and I wake up feeling less cluttered and more focused. It’s like a mini-mental vacation that expands your world and helps you 'worry less about the future' simultaneously. This simple act has been a game-changer among my 'mental clarity habits'. Another habit that often gets overlooked but is crucial for 'good habits for mental health' is 'ensuring you are taking good care of your physical health'. This isn't solely about physical appearance; it's deeply intertwined with our mood and energy levels.
