Step 6: Set Your Intention (The Eye of Focus). Finally, I close my eyes for a moment and set an intention for the day. What do I want to achieve? How do I want to feel? This 'eye' of focus brings clarity and purpose, guiding my actions and ensuring I start with intention. It's a powerful way to bring all the previous steps together and focus my energy.
