You see someone else lying to get ahead, using people for their own gain, or even scamming their way to a quick buck, and it’s hard not to feel a pang of 'what if?' But then I remember what truly matters to me. Is fleeting success worth compromising my values? Absolutely not. I’d rather build something with a clear conscience, something that I can be genuinely proud of, even if it means it takes a little longer to see the fruits of my labor. When those moments of doubt creep in, I find it helps to actively seek out stories of people who achieved great things through ethical means, like Warren Buffett mentioned in the main article. Their long-term success is a powerful motivator. One thing that really helps me stay on track is focusing on small, consistent wins. Instead of getting overwhelmed by the huge goal, I celebrate the little steps forward. It allows you to truly enjoy the process and the relationships you build along the way, rather than constantly being on edge. So, if you’re also on that honest path, feeling like it's taking a 'little longer,' please know you’re not alone. And more importantly, you're doing it right. Keep your eyes on your own lane.
