For me, it started with a digital detox. I noticed that scrolling through social media always left me feeling inadequate. So, I set strict limits, and instead, I started a 'wins' journal. Every day, I'd jot down small accomplishments or things I was proud of, no matter how tiny. This shifted my focus from what others were doing to my own unique journey and progress. It truly helped me believe in my abilities rather than constantly questioning them against someone else's perceived success. Beyond Basic Self-Care: Deeply Nurturing Your Body: 'Take good care of your body' is fundamental. Initially, I thought this just meant hitting the gym and eating salads.
