นอกจาก 4 ร้านชาเขียวที่ได้แนะนำไปแล้ว ผมขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ผมลองชาเขียวจากร้านเล็กๆ ตามตลาดและคาเฟ่แถวบ้านซึ่งบางแห่งอาจไม่ค่อยมีชื่อเสียงแต่รสชาติใช้ได้และราคาก็น่ารัก เช่นชาเขียวมัทฉะที่ใช้ผงมัทฉะแท้ ผสมกับนมสดอย่างลงตัว เพื่อให้ได้กลิ่นหอมและรสชาติที่เข้มข้นกว่าชาเขียวทั่วไป ผมเคยชอบเพิ่มไข่มุกหรือเจลลี่เข้าไปในชานมมัทฉะซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความสนุกในการดื่มและทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะเวลาที่ดื่มในช่วงบ่ายร้อนๆ อารมณ์เหมือนเติมพลังให้วันใหม่ นอกจากนี้ถ้าใครชอบรสหวาน-ขมแบบบาลานซ์ แนะนำลองสั่งหวานน้อยหรือหวานปกติ เพื่อให้ได้รสชาติชาเขียวแท้ๆไม่กลบมันทิ้ง นอกจากนี้ การเลือกซื้อมัทฉะที่คุณภาพดีจะมีผลต่อรสชาติมาก โดยมัทฉะเกรดพรีเมียมจะมีกลิ่นหอมมากและรสขมแต่กลมกล่อม สำหรับคนที่ไม่ชอบรสขมสามารถเลือกที่ผสมนมเยอะขึ้นหรือน้ำตาลน้อยลงเพื่อบาลานซ์รสได้ สำหรับคนที่ติดชาเขียวหนัก แนะนำให้คอยสังเกตปริมาณคาเฟอีนในแต่ละแก้วของร้านนั้นๆ เพราะบางร้านชาเขียวเข้มข้นมาก อาจทำให้ดีใจแต่ถ้าดื่มเยอะก็ต้องระวังอาการใจสั่นได้ สุดท้าย ผมอยากชวนให้ลองเปลี่ยนรสชาติโดยการเติมท็อปปิ้งอย่างครีมชีสหรือฟองนมเพิ่มเข้าไป ก็ให้ความรู้สึกแปลกใหม่และอร่อยขึ้นอีกแบบ ทั้งยังได้ความนุ่มละมุนที่ช่วยลดความขมของชาเขียวได้ดีมาก ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งเคล็ดลับที่ผมลองแล้วชอบมาก หวังว่าข้อมูลนี้จะช่วยให้เพื่อนๆ ที่รักชาเขียวและมัทฉะได้เพิ่มความรู้และสนุกกับการตามหาร้านโปรดมากขึ้นนะครับ
