First post, I was wondering what to write, but I will talk about memories.
It is a story of a collapsed sushi restaurant [Sebun] that was close to the station called Mizonokuchi in Kawasaki. I love this dim feeling of [Sebun] whenever I go and the uncle of the shop owner who sits down and grabs sushi, so I used to go there often.
I was a big fan of Aosa's very delicious miso soup as a service.Also, the egg sushi that is not wrapped in seaweed in this photo was exquisite.
There was also a conveyor belt sushi restaurant just across the diagonal, and it seems that customers were taken there. I think it was a fierce battleground. I was sorry. After [Sebun] closed the restaurant, I went to the conveyor belt sushi restaurant opposite the diagonal only once, but the clerks said, "Please order more and more," and it was a shop that didn't suit my skin.
The taste was usually delicious (but I left the store after eating only mackerel and eggs due to pressure. The eggs were overwhelmingly more delicious).
I wanted to pay money to get this hot water with the store name in it as a memorial.
Sorry for the sad story in my first post. I loved it, no, I still love it, let's see.

回転寿司【せぶん】の話を聞いて、私も昔訪れたことのある地元の小さな回転寿司屋を思い出しました。大きなチェーン店とは違い、どこか人情味があって、店主の人柄や店の雰囲気が味わいの一部になるんですよね。 特にこうした昔ながらのお店の味噌汁は、シンプルながらも濃厚でほっとする味わいが楽しめることが多いです。青さのりがたっぷり入ったお味噌汁は、風味が豊かで、口に含んだ瞬間に磯の香りが広がり、私も大好きです。海苔で巻かないたまごの寿司は珍しく、素材の味そのものを楽しめる逸品だったのではないでしょうか。 また、競合が激しい地域での小規模店舗の苦労も共感できます。お店ごとの客層や接客スタイルの違いも、行きつけの店が閉店した後に新しい店に行ってみると強く感じられますね。お店の空気や居心地のよさは味と同じくらい重要で、居心地の良い「せぶん」を恋しく思う気持ちが伝わってきます。 私も「お気に入りのお店が無くなってしまった」という経験があり、その寂しさは深く理解できます。跡地に高層ビルが建つなど街並みが大きく変わることも、時代の流れを感じさせますね。 最後に、そんな風に愛され続ける小さなお店の店主の健康と幸せを願わずにはいられません。この記事のおかげで、改めて自分の身近な思い出や好きな場所についても振り返るきっかけとなりました。大切な場所や味の記憶を共有してくれてありがとうございます。今後もぜひ、思い出話や地元の魅力を発信し続けてください。
