Chicken thigh... 300g

Carrot... 1 / 3

Onion... 1 / 4

Garlic tube... 1 tsp

Ginger tube... 1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper... a little

1 spoon of soy sauce

1 spoon of mirin

Sesame oil... 2 tsp

1 spoon of potato starch
