Enoki Mushroom Pork Shabu Hana-Shabu Recipe

15 minutes (almost no knife needed & one pan OK!)

🍳 (for 2 people)

Pork shabu-shabu (loin or rose)... 200g

1 bag of enoki mushrooms (remove the roots and loosen them)

• Chinese cabbage... 3 pieces (chopped)

• Sesame oil... 1 tsp

• Salt... a little

🌶 Green onion Devil sauce

1 / 2 green onion (white or green onion is OK!)

• Soy sauce... 2 spoon spoon

• Mirin... tablespoon 1

• Sugar... 1 teaspoon

• Vinegar... 1 teaspoon (refreshing)

• Garlic tube... 2cm

• Sesame oil... 2 tsp

• White sesame... a little

• Chili oil or a little bit... 🔥

1. making Hana-shabu 🌸

Roll the enoki mushrooms with pork shabu-shabu meat. Roll it loosely into the shape of Hana.

2. Lay Chinese cabbage 🍃

Chinese cabbage in a frying pan → Place Hana-shabu on it.

3. Steamed 🔥

Sprinkle 50ml of water and a little salt, cover and steam over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.

4. Make Green Onion Devil Sauce 👿

Put all the sauce ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds.

When the scent comes up, mix and complete.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle hot green onion soup sauce on the whole!
