• White rice... 150g

• Nori... 1 sheet

• Chicken thigh... 1 piece

Salt and pepper... a little

• Potato starch... 2 teaspoons

• Vegetable oil... 2 teaspoons

🥣 teriyaki sauce

• 2 spoons of soy sauce

• 2 spoons of mirin

• Sugar... 1 tablespoon

• Sake... tablespoon 1

• ✔: mayo + black pepper

• ✔ Korean flavor: Kochu pepper (↓)

• Pepper... appropriate amount

• Gochujang... 1 tsp

• Sesame oil... a few drops

① Teriyaki Chicken
