私が初めて「鉄板焼き 七里ヶ浜」を訪れたのは秋の終わり頃でした。江ノ電の七里ヶ浜駅から徒歩約5分のアクセスの良さもあり、夕暮れ時に間に合うように向かいました。店内に入ると、大きな窓から見える相模湾の眺望にまず心を奪われました。柔らかい夕日が海面に反射し、まるで絵画のような光景が広がっています。 カウンター席に座ると、シェフの手さばきがよく見え、ライブ感あふれる鉄板焼きの調理を間近で楽しめるのが魅力的です。特に印象的だったのは、三崎港直送の鮮魚のカルパッチョや、熟成されたA3ランクの国産黒毛和牛のサーロインステーキです。シェフが繊細に火加減を調整しながら焼き上げる和牛は、脂の甘味と肉の旨味が口の中でとろけるようでした。 また、季節 の野菜を使った彩り豊かなオマール海老のポワレも絶品で、味のバランスが大変良かったです。付け合わせのグラニテやマッシュルームのスープなど、一皿一皿に工夫が感じられ、全体として非常に満足度の高いコースでした。 店内の雰囲気は大人の隠れ家レストランにふさわしく静かで落ち着いており、大切な人との記念日やデートだけでなく、自分へのご褒美にもぴったりだと感じました。季節ごとに旬の食材が変わるため、何度訪れても新しい発見があります。湘南の美しい海を眺めながら極上の鉄板焼きを味わう贅沢な時間は、日常の喧騒から離れたい人に強くおすすめしたいスポットです。
