「私のかき氷」「私のかき氷。」で検索して来る方は、“どこにある？混む？どう頼む？”が知りたいことが多いと思うので、私が行ってみて助かったポイントを追記します。 まず、初めてだと入口で少し迷いやすいです。正面を向いて左の階段を上がったところが受付で、ここで先に注文＆会計します（現金もキャッシュレスもOK）。座ってから注文じゃないので、メニューは事前に決めておくとスムーズでした。 かき氷は「ふわふわ」系なので、運ばれてきたら写真は手早く。シロップが手作りで盛り盛り＆エスプーマ仕上げだから、撮っている間にも形が変わりやすいです。私は一口目から“スッと溶ける”感じがして、温度管理して削っているってこういうことか…と納得しました。純氷を温めて透明氷にしてから削るそうで、頭がキーンとなりにくいのが嬉しいところ。 味選びに迷ったら、果肉感なら「私のもも」「私のいちご」が満足度高め。ももは色が変わるので直前に剥いて提供されるのもポイントで、フレッシュさが強かったです。ブルーベリーは酸味がさっぱり、チョコバナナは甘めでデザート感が強い印象でした。どれも中まで果肉やクリームが入っていて、最後まで味が薄まらないタイプ。 待ち時間対策も大事。行列のときは車で待つ人も多く、トイレは店内ではなく外（敷地内の別施設）を使えるので、到着したら先に場所を確認しておくと安心です。駐車場があるのも助かりました。 あと地味にありがたいのが、セルフの温かいお茶と冷たいお水。冷たいものを食べた後に温かいお茶を飲むと、口の中がリセットされて最後までおいしく食べられます。 ※「わらいろ茶屋 富山」も一緒に調べる方が多いみたいですが、こちらは「私のかき氷。岐阜店」の訪問メモとして、場所（岐阜県安八郡輪之内町）、営業（不定休なので最新は公式Instagram確認）を前提にまとめました。遠方から行く人ほど、営業日チェック→受付で先会計→提供後すぐ食べる、の流れを覚えておくと失敗しにくいです。
