My mama use to make this for me all the time so now I’m sharing it with y’all.

Carrots are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant compounds.

Recipes/Ingredients :

1 bag of 7-8 carrots .

1. peel the carrots skin off .

2. blend the carrots with 2 bottle of water .

3. use a meshed strainer to drain the carrots out .

4. 1 cup of Almond Milk or any milk of your choice .

5. add 1 teaspoon of ginger .

6. 1 tablespoon of cinnamon .

7. 1 tablespoon of nutmeg .

8. a drop of almond/vanilla extract .

9. add as much agave , honey,

or sugar YOU want !
