Big Mama’s Healing Lemonade 🍋✨

🍋Hey Baes, healing ain’t gotta be boring and nasty.

I don’t sip on no dusty-ass bitter tea like I’m being punished.

🍋I made my own lemonade that HELPS my body AND actually slaps.

🍋Here’s what I brew:

• Moringa (boosts vitamins, fights inflammation)

Hibiscus (lowers blood pressure, fruity AF)

Spearmint (hormone balance, chin hair BE GONE)

• Ginger (calms inflammation, boosts digestion)

• Nettle (detoxes blood, iron loaded)

• Dandelion (supports liver, fights bloating)

• Cinnamon stick (regulates blood sugar, flavor poppin’)

🍋Agave:

•A natural sweetener that won’t spike your blood sugar like regular sugar does.

•A little goes a long way, and it’s easier on your insulin levels.

🍋Lemons:

•High in vitamin C (which boosts your immune system).

•Helps with digestion, detoxes the body, and gives that lemonade the zing we love.

•Also supports better skin and hormone balance.

🍋How I Make It:

•Boil all the herbs together.

•Let it cool down naturally.

•Throw it in the fridge.

•Once it’s COLD-COLD, add fresh squeezed lemons and a lil’ agave.

•Fill up my Stanley and sip all damn day at work.

🍋Little Note:

You ain’t gotta drink ALL these herbs if it ain’t your battle.

I’m just showing you what I personally drink every day that helps ME.

I don’t even like tea like that, so I had to flip it into something I could actually enjoy and it’s been a game changer for my blood pressure, chin hairs, and hormones.
