This Hydrating Lemonade Is the Summer Glow-Up
I’m obsessed with this homemade Cucumber Mint Strawberry Lemonade—it’s refreshing, full of flavor, and loaded with ingredients your body will love!
It’s perfect after a workout, for a wellness reset, or just to sip on when you want something pretty and naturally sweet without the heavy sugars. Plus, the ginger and mint combo? Total bloat-reducing magic.
⬇️Here’s how I make it⬇️
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, sliced
A handful of strawberries, sliced (this is optional, I added these in because they were about to go bad)
A big bunch of fresh mint
1 fresh lemon
1 fresh lime
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
2–3 tbsp agave syrup (adjust to taste)
1 cup hot water
Organic lemonade to top (or use 6 cups water + 1 more lemon if avoiding store-bought)
Instructions:
Add cucumber, strawberries, mint, lemon, lime, and ginger to a large carafe or pitcher. You can also just juice these like I typically do with my juicer and add the water and other stuff to the juice blend.
In a separate bowl, mix the agave syrup with 1 cup hot water until fully blended.
Pour the sweetened water over the fruit mix or into the juice.
Top with organic lemonade OR 6 cups of cold water and a squeeze of extra lemon.
Stir well, chill, and let it infuse for 1–2 hours (or overnight for max flavor).
It’s crisp, naturally sweet, and feels like a spa drink, but better! Also you can add a tequila shot if you want to make it into a cocktail 🍹
