“¿Y quién me cuida a mí? ¿Quién me escucha a mí?”
Por eso creé esta comunidad. 🤎

Navigating the many changes that come with womanhood can feel overwhelmingly isolating, especially when those changes touch deep aspects of our physical, hormonal, and emotional well-being. From personal experience, I understand how silence and invisibility often accompany these transitions—whether it's fluctuating hormones, shifting emotions, or unexpected new life roles. Establishing a community focused on these experiences creates a vital space where women can feel safe and understood. What I've learned over time is that openly discussing changes like altered cycles, mood swings, or energy shifts helps normalize these experiences. Educating ourselves about our bodies and emotions not only promotes healing but also empowers us to advocate for our health and mental wellness. When surrounded by others who genuinely listen and share their stories, the journey feels less lonely. This kind of holistic support extends beyond just addressing medical or physical symptoms. It includes acknowledging the spiritual and emotional layers of becoming and being a woman. It’s about validating feelings and fears that often go unspoken—like the simple but profound question, “Who takes care of me?” Creating such a nurturing environment encourages self-compassion and offers tools to manage these life changes with confidence. For women balancing roles as mothers, caregivers, professionals, and friends, this community is a reminder that taking care of oneself is not selfish—it’s essential. It’s a space to learn, heal, and grow together, reminding everyone that their experiences matter and they deserve to be heard and seen at every stage. Together, we can break the silence and walk this journey side by side, empowered and supported.
