Now he just tells me I’m crazy 🤷🏼♀️🥳🫠#fyp
I've often faced situations where people would label me as 'crazy' or misunderstand my actions. From my experience, the tough part isn't just the criticism but realizing that sometimes, negativity from others stems from their own jealousy or insecurities. For instance, a family member once told me, "Everyone who hates you is just jealous," which made me reconsider the root of certain conflicts. Understanding this can be empowering. It's easy to internalize hurtful words, but recognizing jealousy as a motive helps in not taking such negativity personally. I learned to focus on my self-worth and to surround myself with supportive people who genuinely care. Sharing this perspective has helped me stay confident despite the noise around me. It's important, however, to balance this outlook and not use jealousy as an excuse for harmful behavior towards oneself or others. Self-reflection and open communication can clarify misunderstandings that might otherwise be dismissed as jealousy-driven. In my journey, embracing this mindset has been crucial to maintaining my mental well-being and navigating social challenges.
