day 1 of the girls trip to mexico city 🇲🇽

4/8 Edited to

... Read moreStarting my girls trip in Mexico City was truly unforgettable. From the moment we landed, the city's vibrant and lush environment took me by surprise. The greenery around the neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa breathes life into the urban setting, making every street feel like an inviting and scenic stroll. One standout experience was diving into the local food scene, especially grabbing tacos just after arrival around 2:25 pm, which felt like a perfect way to kick off the trip. The rich flavors and warm atmosphere instantly connected me to Mexico City's culinary culture. Later, wandering through quaint shops and boutiques was impossible to resist. Each store offered unique and charming finds, adding a delightful shopping adventure to our itinerary. The local artistry and design truly impressed me and gave a deeper appreciation for Mexico City's creative spirit. A true highlight was trying the viral Mi Compa Chava drink, which all the locals were raving about. It was refreshing, flavorful, and made the day feel even more special. This viral sensation is definitely a must-try when visiting, capturing the essence of the city's trendy dining scene. Overall, day one set a wonderful tone for our week ahead. The dynamic combination of nature, culture, delicious food, and vibrant neighborhoods came together to create a perfect introduction to Mexico City. If you’re planning a girls trip or a solo adventure, I highly recommend exploring the green spaces and local favorites like Mi Compa Chava for an authentic and joyful experience.
