Strawberry moon rituals
Strawberry Moon Reset 🌕🍓
There’s something about a full moon that encourages me to slow down. While the Strawberry Moon isn’t actually pink or red, it’s traditionally associated with the strawberry harvest—a season of abundance, gratitude, and enjoying the fruits of your labor. For me, it’s become a reminder to pause before rushing into what’s next.
Instead of filling my evening with distractions, I created a small ritual that helped me reconnect with myself.
✨ I started by stepping outside to admire the glowing Strawberry Moon. Seeing it hanging low in the sky reminded me how beautiful it is to simply witness the moment instead of trying to capture or control everything.
✨ Then I ran a warm bath, surrounded myself with soft candlelight, and sprinkled rose petals around the tub to create a calming atmosphere. Sometimes healing isn’t another task on the to-do list—sometimes it’s allowing yourself permission to rest.
✨ To finish the night, I escaped into a dark romance novel. Reading has become one of my favorite forms of self-care because it gives my mind a place to wander while my body completely relaxes.
These little rituals may seem simple, but they remind me that self-care doesn’t have to be expensive or elaborate. It can be as easy as turning off the noise, lighting a few candles, reading a good book, and being fully present with yourself.
This Strawberry Moon, I’m choosing:
🌕 Rest over burnout.
🌹 Presence over perfection.
📖 Stories that inspire me.
🛁 Rituals that pour back into me.
✨ Gratitude for where I am while remaining open to what’s ahead.
How did you spend the Strawberry Moon?
