How do you stay centered when all around you is chaos?
Stay true to your values, ideals, and beliefs. There is nothing an individual can do to stop the chaos others are causing or experiencing. What you can do is keep yourselves together. If each person did that, there would be less chaos!

Additionally, surrounding yourself with supportive individuals can make a significant difference. Engage with friends, family, or join communities that share your values. Having a network of supportive people can reinforce your beliefs and help create a buffer against outside chaos. Journaling is another technique that allows you to express your thoughts and feelings while reflecting on your core values. It creates a record of your experiences and thoughts, giving you insight into how to remain true to yourself. Lastly, setting boundaries is crucial. Learning to say no to distractions and commitments that don’t align with your values helps preserve your mental energy and focus.
