Welcome to Life Thoughts Coaching!
You are the only person in your life who will always be with you, no matter what. It makes sense to do all that you can to take care of yourself. Exercise, run, walk, stretch, eat nutritious foods, and exercise your mind. Do crossword puzzles, read, meditate, etc. You only have one body and mind. Keep them both healthy.
