Life Thoughts, Monday - 1-12-26
Hi. Welcome to Life Thoughts.
I don’t know about you, but I cannot remember hearing about or reading about a President nearly 24/7. I suggest, although I know the media won’t do it, that his name is not mentioned for at least 24 hours. It will drive him nuts and deflate his ego.
As always, be nice, stay safe, and laugh a lot.
Talk tomorrow.
If you find value in my videos or even if they just make you laugh or think, please share them. I want to reach as many people as I can. Thank you for watching.

In today’s fast-paced world, we are often overwhelmed by the constant flood of news and information, especially about political figures. From my own experience, taking a deliberate pause from the daily barrage of media coverage can be incredibly liberating. For instance, consciously choosing not to engage with presidential news for even just 24 hours can create space for mental clarity and emotional calm. This approach helps to deflate the overwhelming influence that media saturation can have on our mood and perspective. It opens up room to focus on personal growth, gratitude, and the simple joys in life. I also find that incorporating humor and lighthearted moments into daily routines significantly boosts overall well-being and keeps stress at bay. Being kind to others and maintaining safety in our environments are foundational to creating a good life—themes that resonate deeply according to the shared hashtags like #beinggrateful and #createagoodlife. Engaging with content that inspires gratitude fosters a mindset that appreciates what we have rather than fixating on negativity. Moreover, sharing uplifting or thought-provoking content, whether videos or reflections, enhances our connection with others and spreads positivity. It’s rewarding to know that even a simple video or message can make someone laugh or think differently. Incorporating these practices into daily life requires mindful effort but yields meaningful benefits. Try setting limits on political news consumption, focus on laughter and kindness, and emphasize gratitude. These small changes can collectively improve mental health and create a more joyful, centered life. Remember, taking care of your inner self allows you to engage with the world more positively and effectively.
