Life Thoughts, Saturday - 5-9-26
Happy Saturday to YOU ALL!
Hi, Here’s a Life Thought.
Isn’t it amazing that people have always, it seems, allowed fear to create myths, where understanding should exist. How many times has a fear of yours, created a story in your head that continues today?
As always, be nice, be safe, and laugh a lot!
Talk tomorrow.
If you find value in my videos or even if they just make you laugh or think, please share them. I want to reach as many people as I can. Thank you for watching.

Reflecting on the impact of fear in our lives, I’ve noticed how often it shapes our perceptions, sometimes distorting reality into myths and fears that persist unnecessarily. From personal experience, this cycle starts with a seed of uncertainty or worry that, if left unexamined, grows into a story that clouds our judgement and peace of mind. One practical way I’ve found to break this pattern is by consciously questioning the stories my fear tells me. When I catch myself anticipating the worst or doubting my capabilities, I pause and ask: What evidence do I have? Is this fear grounded in truth, or is it an unhelpful myth? Coupling this mindset with gratitude practices has been transformative. Gratitude shifts the focus from what might go wrong to appreciating the good already present. For example, I keep a gratitude journal where every day I note simple joys—like a friendly smile or a moment of laughter—which helps counterbalance negativity and reinforces a positive, safe outlook on life. Furthermore, embracing kindness—both toward myself and others—creates a supportive environment that nurtures deeper understanding rather than fear. Laughing often, as suggested, isn’t just about momentary joy but also about releasing tension and fostering connection. In my journey, turning fear into curiosity has expanded my life’s possibilities. Rather than allowing fear to craft myths that limit me, I choose to replace those stories with compassion, safety, and laughter. This ongoing practice helps in creating a fulfilling and balanced life, proving that through patience and kindness, we can overcome the paralyzing hold of unfounded fears.
