The day after can be a little humbling😅 When it kicks in, my main struggle is nausea! Things that have helped me are sipping (not chugging) lots of water, and eating small! My go to is yogurt and protein chips those first 2 days after. Ginger or peppermint tea does wonders too. Don't let yourself

Another thing I didn’t mention is extreme obesity runs in my family. And I mean ✨extreme✨, like 500+lbs. My mother, grandmothers, aunts, uncles… I have the same body now that all the women in my family once had and I cannot let myself go that path. & Idc if that’s a little harsh, I grew up watching
