Shaking my head at this one.

Fresh milled flour is AMAZING but you know what’s just as amazing, you making anything from scratch. You learning new skills. You teach your kids how to cook and bake. You building confidence in your abilities.

Just because you do not use one specific ingredient doesn’t mean what you’re doing isn’t worth your time or energy. That’s is ridiculous.

Your homemade bread is still better than anything store bought regardless what kind of flour you used.
