Sour Cream Pound Cake

Get to know your oven. With any pound cake/ Bundt cake recipe. The baking time can vary depending on your oven. Put in a manual thermometer to ensure temp. Baking for too long at the wrong temperature can dry out your cakes.

3 cups cake flour please sifted

3 cups sugar

2 sticks of butter unsalted

6 eggs

8oz sour cream. (I promise you want taste the sour cream)

2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp baking powder

Spray pan with (Pam for baking)

Preheat oven 320 degree

Bake for 1hour
