My Go-To Loaded Tea

Ingredients (32 oz serving)
* 1 Great Value Sugar-Free Lemon Iced Tea packet
* 1 electrolyte packet (any flavor you like — I switch it up depending on my mood)
* 32 oz cold water
* Fresh pineapple (cut into chunks)
* Fresh pineapple juice (from squeezing the fruit)
Step-by-Step
1. Fill your cup or bottle with 32 oz cold water
2. Add your lemon tea packet
3. Add 1 electrolyte packet
4. Shake or stir until fully dissolved
5. Squeeze fresh pineapple juice into the drink
6. Pour over ice
7. Garnish with pineapple chunks
I wanted something refreshing but not loaded with sugar, especially when I’m trying to stay on track but still want flavor. This gives “juice vibes” without actually being juice.
