Breakfast Is My Therapy 🥞

Some mornings, cooking breakfast is the only thing that slows my mind down.

Pancakes on the griddle, eggs scrambling in the pan, bacon crisping in the background… it’s simple, familiar, and grounding.

This is my comfort meal after busy days, early mornings, and mentally exhausting weeks. Not fancy. Just warm, filling, and made with intention. The first bite always feels like a reset button. ✨
