The Best Part of My Day Starts in the Kitchen
Lately, breakfast has been my favorite form of therapy. ☀️
One morning it’s waffles, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, pineapple, and blueberries. Another day it’s French toast sticks, sunny side up eggs, crispy bacon, and apple slices. Sometimes it’s just scrambled eggs, bacon, and fruit on the side.
Nothing extravagant; just warm breakfasts that help me slow down before the world starts moving too fast. Cooking in the morning gives me a moment to breathe, reset, and actually enjoy the start of my day instead of rushing through it.
