For the last 4 days I legit haven’t gotten but maybe 5 or 6 hours of sleep! I work 14 to 16 hrs a day!! I should be drained, exhausted…something!! But no I lay awake lights off, pitch black in my house and stare at the ceiling! My body is tired, my brain is tired but I can’t shut any of me off!!! A
