2024 Wrapped 🫶

Wow, seeing my 2024 Spotify Wrapped results just dropped, and I'm still trying to process it all! I honestly can't believe I managed to rack up a whopping 34,346 minutes of listening this year. That puts me in the top 9% of listeners worldwide – insane, right?! My biggest listening day was July 4th with 1,308 minutes, which makes me wonder what I was doing that day! And then there's Billie Eilish. I knew I loved her, but to see her completely dominate my Wrapped is another level. Not only was Billie Eilish my top artist of the year, but her track 'BIRDS OF A FEATHER' was my top song. The craziest part? I was in the top 0.01% of listeners globally for that song, streaming it 119 times! It really makes you reflect on those repeat listens and how certain songs just become the soundtrack to your life. I guess I really connected with the album cover image of a person underwater – it just resonates. It's always so much fun diving into these personalized stats. Beyond Billie, my top 5 songs included 'R.I.P. 2 My Youth' by The Neighbourhood, 'WILDFLOWER' (also Billie Eilish, no surprise there!), 'Ribs' by Lorde, and 'die first' by Nessa Barrett. It's a pretty diverse mix, reflecting different moods throughout the year. As for artists, after Billie, The Neighbourhood, Artemas, Lil Peep, and Melanie Martinez rounded out my top 5. It's cool to see some returning favorites and a few newer discoveries too. Spotify Wrapped isn't just about showing off your stats; it's a fantastic way to reflect on your year through music. It sparks conversations with friends, helps you remember specific moments, and can even push you to explore more from your top artists or genres.
