Here’s my go-to recipe for the most delicious Smashed Cucumber & Chili Salad you’ll ever make: Ingredients: 2-3 small/medium cucumbers (Persian or English work best) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1-2 tbsp HOT FUSION CHILI OIL (adjust to your spice preference – this is where the magic happens!) 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free) 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sesame oil Pinch of sugar (optional, balances the flavors) For garnish: Toasted SESAME SEEDS and a sprinkle of DRIED CILANTRO Instructions: Wash and trim your cucumbers.
