Did u know perimenopause can amplify PMS? I didnt. If u ask me....it feels like cruel and unusual punishment the days leading up to my period. It's so crazy having PCOS, Perimenopause AND PMS. I need serotonin, estrogen and progesterone STAT! LOL

Growing season is near!

There are my first seedlings for the season. As soon as it gets warm enough, I'm going to harden them off and put them in the beds outside. I am looking forward to a great harvest! Do you have a garden?
