The sun is so healing, even more so without it being blocked by harmful sunscreen. I always make sure I get at LEAST 30 minutes a day in the sun without any sunscreen, because I want to make sure I can soak up all of the benefits. It boosts our mood, immune system, circadium rhythm, and much more!
