Peach Jello with Cream Cheese🍮

Ingredients:📝

2 envelopes of peach-flavored gelatin (120 g each)

1 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese

Peaches in syrup to taste

Hot water

Cold water

Vegetable oil for greasing the pan

Instructions:📍

Prepare one envelope of peach gelatin with 3 cups of hot water. Let it cool completely.

Grease a pan with vegetable oil using a napkin.

Pour part of the prepared gelatin into the pan, arrange the peaches in syrup, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Add the remaining peach gelatin to the pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Dissolve the second envelope of gelatin in 1 cup of hot water, then add 1 cup of cold water.

Blend this dissolved gelatin with the cream cheese until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Pour the creamy mixture over the already set peach gelatin in the mold.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.

Remove carefully and serve chilled.

Notes:

Use well-drained peaches in syrup to avoid excess liquid.

Greasing the mold makes it easier to remove from the mold and improves presentation.

You can use individual molds for more elegant presentations.

Refrigerate overnight for a firmer and more even texture.
