🍫 Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar

• 1 1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar

• 1 large egg

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 100 g dark chocolate, melted and slightly cooled

For the cream filling:

• 1 cup milk (240 ml)

• 2 tablespoons cornstarch

• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 tablespoons Butter

• 60g white chocolate (optional, for a richer flavor)

For the topping:

• Dark chocolate pieces or shavings

1️⃣ Prepare the cream filling:

1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and cornstarch.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

3. Remove from heat and add vanilla, butter, and white chocolate.

4. Once the mixture is smooth, set aside to cool.

1. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add the egg and vanilla.

5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.

6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Immediately after removing from the oven, gently press the centers again.
