🍽️🥔 Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy 🥔🍽️

Ingredients:📝

4–6 sausages beef

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp butter

¼ cup milk

Salt & pepper to taste

1 large onion, sliced

2 tbsp flour

2 cups beef broth

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:📍

1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until soft, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and sauté until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle in the flour and stir for 1 minute to cook off the raw taste.

4. Gradually add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously. Simmer the mixture until thickened, about 5 minutes.

5. Serve the sausages over the creamy mashed potatoes, generously topped with onion gravy and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
